Stockflow is a personal stock portfolio tracking tool built for Sri Lankan investors. It helps you organise, monitor, and analyse your investments in companies listed on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) — all in one place.
Stockflow is a self-service tool. We provide the platform; you provide the data and the decisions. We are not a broker, dealer, bank, or any form of licensed financial service provider.
Important: Nothing on Stockflow — not the data, the charts, the summaries, the calculations, or anything else — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.
Stockflow is an informational and organisational tool only. Any data displayed is either entered by you or sourced from publicly available information. It is presented for your reference and convenience, not as a guide to investment decisions.
You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Before making any investment, you should conduct your own research and, where appropriate, consult a licensed financial advisor.
Past performance data shown on Stockflow does not indicate or guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.
To use Stockflow, you must create an account using a valid email address or via Google Sign-In. By creating an account, you confirm that:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, please contact us immediately at stockflowlk@gmail.com.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be in violation of these Terms, without prior notice. In cases of serious misuse, we may be required to retain certain records for legal or compliance purposes.
Stockflow is provided in good faith for personal portfolio tracking. In return, we ask that you use it responsibly. The following are strictly prohibited:
We take misuse seriously. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and, where warranted, reporting to relevant authorities.
Everything that makes Stockflow, Stockflow — the design, code, layout, features, branding, and the "Stockflow" name and logo — is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of Stockflow without our prior written permission.
Your data is yours. Any portfolio data, watchlists, or information you enter into Stockflow remains your property. We do not claim any ownership over it. You can export or delete it at any time.
Stockflow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data displayed will always be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockflow and its operators shall not be liable for:

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll do our best to notify you via email or an in-app notice.
Continued use of Stockflow after any changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
